Client Content & Liability Agreement

1. Content Accuracy & Client Warranty
The Client explicitly affirms and warrants that all commercial claims, pricing figures, licensing credentials, business certifications, warranties, trade hours, photos, and branding assets supplied or approved for publication on the website are true, accurate, up to date, and lawfully owned or licensed by the Client.
2. Limitation of Liability
Web Harbor Solutions functions solely as an engineering design, development, and hosting infrastructure provider. Under no circumstances shall Web Harbor Solutions, its founders, or contractors be held legally or financially liable for damages, claims, regulatory enforcement actions, or loss of revenue resulting from:
- Inaccurate or misleading service pricing, guarantees, or descriptions published at the Client's instruction.
- Failure of the Client to maintain active trade licenses, state certifications, or mandated local insurance coverage.
- Copyright, trademark, or intellectual property disputes regarding client-submitted logos, slogans, or imagery.
- Third-party network outages or unforeseen DNS registry interruptions outside of Cloudflare's core control.
3. Trade Compliance & Consumer Protection
Client is solely responsible for ensuring their advertised services comply with all municipal, state, federal, and national trade laws (including EPA regulations for HVAC contractors, plumbing codes, health department standards for food establishments, and state licensing boards for clinical practitioners). Web Harbor Solutions will immediately remove or correct any published claim upon written notice of regulatory non-compliance.
4. Mutual Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Web Harbor Solutions and its operators (Abdul Mateen and Jason Gill) against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, costs, or legal defense expenses arising from third-party actions regarding commercial services or goods sold by Client through or in connection with the website.
5. Notice & Takedown Procedure
